2015年，一條褲製作榮獲康樂及文化事務署邀請，參加社區文化大使計劃，採用人種誌戲劇（Ethnodrama）的理念, 聚焦少數族裔及華人的移民人口，通過實地考察，採訪聆聽，重新編作。探討種族之間的協商過程，呈現少數族裔與華人文化融合的微妙關係。

除了巡迴演出，也因應人種誌戲劇理念及融合的宗旨，舉辦一系列相關的工作坊及讀劇會，邀請不同族裔人士共同參與。

工作坊一：【我眼中的社區：FOTOMO (攝影浮雕)工作坊】

在落地生根、適應本地文化習俗的協商（negotiation）過程中，地點是一個記錄事件的重要元素。縱使居住在同一社區，於不同人眼中卻蘊藏著不同的故事，連繫著一連串個人或家庭歷史。透過攝影捕捉社區中的個人或家庭歷史印記，製作FOTOMO（攝影浮雕）作品，學員可以藉此與別人分享其落地生根的故事。

【My Community: FOTOMO Workshop】

FOTOMO is an artistic combination of photography and modelling. It is created from photo prints of real-world scenes, cut and assembled into 3D collages. Renowned FOTOMO artist Alexis Ip will lead the participants to take photos in a district of Hong Kong and make unique FOTOMO artworks.

Alexis IP

Currently a secondary school Visual Arts teacher, Alexis Ip practiced pottery and sculpture under the guidance of Eric Chan, Chan Chung Kong and Chu Tat Shing. His FOTOMO work The Blue House and his pottery work The Old Memories were selected in the Hong Kong Art Biennial 2005. His FOTOMO work Hong Kong Image: Fa Yuen Street is the winner of Hong Kong Contemporary Art Biennial Awards 2009. Alexis’ works are collected by the Hong Kong Museum of Arts and overseas art lovers.

工作坊二：【讓物件發聲：物件戲偶工作坊】

工作坊旨在探索不同物件的戲劇性。除了作為演員使用的道具，物件其實具有闡明潛台詞、表現象徵與隱喻的作用，甚至能夠成為活生生的主角。物件是有力的敘事者，能夠說明文化、身分、記憶。學員將從物件的特質發展擬人的特徵，把它化為戲偶，並學習簡單的技巧讓它們活起來。

余健生

畢業於香港演藝學院戲劇學院，主修導演。畢業作品《男捉女》。曾跟隨學校到北京人民藝術劇院演出《菲爾德》，加拿大多倫多市演出《秋決》以及到澳洲演出《帝女花》。畢業後為不同劇團擔任演員、導演、燈光設計、戲偶師及戲偶指導等。師承楊清意和李怡新，曾巡迴於中小學表演中國傳統掌中木偶，提線木偶，扙頭木偶及皮影木偶。

【Let the Objects Speak: Puppet Theatre Workshop】

Personal objects can represent our background, identity, and memories. In this workshop, participants will learn how to “activate” an object like a puppet, to make it alive. From the “live” objects they tell their own stories.

Benny YU

Benny Yu graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in directing. His graduation directing project is Boy Gets Girl. During his study in the Academy, he has performed in Phaedra at Beijing People’s Art Theatre, Qiu Jue in Toronto, Canada and The Princess in Australia. After graduation, he has been actor, director, lighting designer, puppeteer and puppetry advisor for various theatre companies. He learnt the art of puppetry from such masters as Yeung Ching Yi and Li Yi Sun. He has toured various primary and secondary schools as a performer of Chinese traditional puppetry.

工作坊三：【不靠文字 · 也可創作：編作劇場工作坊】

編作劇場並非從語言文字出發，而是一個互動多元的創作平台，讓不同背景、不同文化、不同創作經驗的成員一起根據同一主題進行編作，過程中可分享不同的角度、意見。藝團特別邀請香港演藝學院導演系講師鄭傳軍主持工作坊，以其專業知識，帶領學員探索變化多端的編作過程。

鄭傳軍

【Defying Language: Devised Theatre Workshop】

Devised theatre is a form of theatre where the script originates not from a writer or writers, but from collaborative, usually improvisatory, work by a group of people. Theatre can be developed from an image, a movement or an object. Without language barrier, the participants of various backgrounds and ethnicities will be able to enjoy the pleasure of creating a theatrical work together based on the same theme.

Terence CHANG

Terence Chang graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in directing. He has directed musicals, operas, Cantonese operas, drama performances of Western classics and original plays. He has been actively involved in social services and reached out to various communities via theatre. In April 2007, he joined the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts as full-time lecturer, mainly teaching courses of directing and drama education.

工作坊四：【我的故事·我的劇場：一人一故事工作坊】

一人一故事劇場著重觀眾與表演者即時交流，主持人引導觀眾分享個人的生命故事，再由演員和樂師透過既定的藝術形式即時呈現，作為禮物回饋分享者。工作坊通過實踐讓學員了解其核心理念、表演形式及應用技巧，學員經歷聆聽及即興表演的訓練，探尋理解和演繹觀眾故事的可能性。最後一節設公開展演，讓學員邀約家人到場分享故事，透過不同族裔的故事交流，促進相互了解，在差異裡體現接納與尊重。

【Playback Theatre Workshop】

Playback Theatre is an original form of improvisational theatre in which audience or group members tell stories from their lives and watch them enacted on the spot. Playback Theatre creates a safe environment for everyone to share their differences. The exchange and retelling of stories facilitate the understanding between participants of various ethnicities. From there trust and respect are built. In this workshop, participants will be engaged in practical exercises to learn the core ideology and methodology of Playback Theatre. In the last session, family members of all participants are welcome to attend and share their stories, so as to enhance the communication between participants of various backgrounds.

Kiki NG

Kiki NG is a freelance theatre artist and drama educator. She is member of Encounter Playback Theatre and Peanuts Community Arts Workshop. She works extensively in acting, playwriting and drama research. She is interested in making art with a cross-disciplinary approach. She specializes in community-based art, for example Playback Theatre, Community Music and Circle Painting. She has been invited to teach Playback Theatre in schools and numerous community centres.

工作坊五：【我的根 · 我的歌：填詞工作坊】

歌曲能夠流行，甚至世代流傳，因為它道出其所屬背景文化的特徵，引起當代人，甚至世世代代共鳴。工作坊先讓學員搜集自己族裔的傳統或流行歌曲，了解背後的歷史及文化，檢視自身與其關連，然後在工作坊中互相分享。學員了解其他族裔的歌曲後，嘗試以中文為其他族裔的歌曲譜上新詞，以音樂嘗試協商共融，也可學習當中蘊藏的傳統文化、歷史。

孫福晉

香港作曲家及作詞家協會(C.A.S.H.)會員。孫氏以創作短篇兒童音樂劇為主，近年作品包括《變、變、變》（粵語，1995/2010）、《天使來過這世界》（英語，2010）、《貓咪支支》（英語，2011）、《自畫像》（英語，2012）、《跳舞鞋》（粵語，2013）、《安哥拉兔》（英語，2014）及《望夫石》（粵語，2014）等。

【My Root · My Voice: Lyrics Writing Workshop】

This workshop gives participants the opportunity to appreciate songs of different nations, and to understand their history and culture. Participants will bring along a song of their mother tongue and learn how to fill in Cantonese lyrics. Through practical exercises, participants will learn the basic principles of lyrics writing.

Jonathan SOON

As a composer, Jonathan Soon has written several short musicals which include Breakthrough (Cantonese, 1995/2010), An Angel Comes to Earth (English, 2009), GiGi the Kitten (English, 2011), Self-portrait (English, 2012), Dancing Shoes (Cantonese, 2013), Angora Rabbits (English, 2014) and Amah Rock (Cantonese, 2014). He is a member of the Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong (C.A.S.H.).
